WWATC 160  Ornament Repair

All you have to do is to send your malfunctioning ornament to us in a securely wrapped and padded box, along with a description of what it is not doing and a description of what lead to it not working.  We suggest that you insure your ornament for at least twice its value.  Repairs can take up to eight weeks from the time we receive your ornament.  Include your e-mail address and we will notify you when we receive your ornament and an approximate time of return.  Your ornament will be sent to you fully insured.  When your ornament is ready for shipment, you will be notified by e-mail or postal mail at which time you will have the option of paying for it by credit card or we will be happy to send your ornament to you COD.

The cost for this unique service is just $150 per ornament; plus shipping and handling.  Yes, it is more than the box cost.   However, it is a great value when you realize how special those memories are and what that ornament really means to you.
